What’s with the lips?

How do you choose the foundations you are supporting?

We choose foundations based on their commitment to promote helmet use, brain injury awareness, and the support they provide to people who suffer from traumatic brain injuries.

Are you open to supporting new foundations?

Definitely! As the brand grows we will be looking for other like-minded nonprofits to donate to. Feel free to email us with recommendations. They must be registered 501(C)(3) foundations in order to be considered for support.

When will you submit donations?

This is a great question and we will figure out the most ideal times to donate as the brand continues to grow. We will also do our best to accommodate the needs of the nonprofits themselves. Leave your email and follow us on social media. We will make updates when donations are made.

When can I expect my product to ship?

Keep in mind we are a startup. We aim to provide you with the same type of exceptional service that we would expect when buying something online. Please allow 4-7 days for order processing Once processed, please expect 2-3 days for shipping. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 7 days of your purchase please contact us via email.

What if my item is on Backorder?

Please allow 3-5 weeks to receive item. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3-5 weeks of your purchase please contact us via email.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We do not currently ship outside of the continental U.S.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to dynamic volume and inventory fluctuations we do not currently offer exchanges.

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn and unwashed merchandise back to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund to the original form of payment. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Once received we will inspect items to make sure we can accept the return. If there is an issue with a returned item we will contact you immediately.

Should I wear a helmet when shredding?

In all seriousness, we feel that wearing a helmet is a personal choice. Given our life experiences, we highly recommend it! Helmets don’t offer magical force fields of protection, but they do increase the odds of you not denting your dome!
